BREAKING NEWS FROM THE IFL...

According to sources, league founder and CEO Chris Chudada has announced that he will be stepping aside from the league for personal reasons.  It is known that Mr. Chudada is keen on coaching and has been offered the chance to coach youth at the high school level.  Furthermore, he reportedly feels that he has shepherded the league to a place where it can survive without his involvement.  At this point, no official announcement has been made, but sources continue to report that Mr Chudada has decided to step away.

Rumored to be in the mix to step in and assist IFL Commissioner Pete Narrai and co-owner Jordan Kopac is former IFL President of Football Ops Dan Greene.  Greene is currently the coach of the West Bend Junkyard Dogs and heads up the IFL Hall-of-Fame Committee.

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
 
This following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the "Agreement") governs your use of WISemiPro.com (“WSP").  Your use of WSP constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement. User Submissions 
  1. You shall be solely responsible for submissions (including, but not limited to articles, links and images) and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with your submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize WSP to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all submissions to enable inclusion and use of the submissions in the manner contemplated by WSP and these Terms of Use.
  2. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your submissions. However, by submitting content to WSP, you hereby grant WSP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the submissions in connection with WSP and WSP's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the  Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the WISemiPro.com Website a non-exclusive license to access your submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in your sbumissions terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you request removal or deletion of your submissions from the Website. You understand and agree, however, that WSP may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of submissions that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in feedback are perpetual and irrevocable.
  3. In connection with your submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant WSP all of the license rights granted herein.
Trademarked and copyrighted information
Where not applicable in User Submissions, all trademarked and copyrighted information on this website is the property of the respective owner.  WSP has received permission to use any and all trademarked and copyrighted names, images and designs, and may not pass along the right of permission to use this content.  Anyone wishing to do so should contact the respective owner.  In the event that the original owner chooses to revoke the right of WSP to use the property, WSP will make every effort to immediately remove the property from both the public and private sections of the website.  However, as the WSP archives continue to grow with time, an instance of the property may be overlooked.  When brought to our attention, WSP will make every effort to remove any residual information residing in the archives.  
 
Non-protected information

This privacy policy applies to www.wisemipro.com.  It does not apply to linked sites, advertisers and/or any other third party.  For information about a third party’s privacy policy, please consult its individual website.
 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, WSP reserves the right to transfer or assign the data collected from our users in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, pending merger, pending acquisition, or pending sale. In the event of bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, WSP will make every reasonable effort to protect any data collected, but may not be able to control how user data are disposed of.
 
This privacy policy may be revised from time to time and WSP is held harmless from any notification to any user of this site whatsoever.  Your use of this site is your acceptance to the Agreement as stated above
