HOW TO READ THE
RANKINGS:
These rankings
are best read from top to bottom.
The top ranking, the preseason
Top 10, was our best guesstimate
to the finish of the season.
The Common Man Top 10 takes a
general approach, fixing mostly on
wins and losses and perceived
strength of teams. Jimmy
Dugan and Associates have their
own criteria, we let that be for
fear of our lives. The
Power Computer Top 25 is a
ranking of the top 25 teams
currently active or finished with
their seasons, and is a complicated,
proprietary algorithm with over 18
factors. Finally, the
WISemiPro Top 10 is the
combination of all things football,
including our inside information,
and is the authoritative poll on the
site. |
